STATUS CERTIFICATE ACCESS
Almost every deal on a resale condominium is conditional on the buyer receiving a Status Certificate. This important document provides information on the legal and financial status of a condominium, and provides answers to everything from, “What is the building’s pet policy?” to “How much is in the condo’s reserve fund?”
Status certificates can be ordered by Members online from any one of three property management service providers through TREB’s Status Certificate Access.
If you’re looking for information about a specific condominium building, be sure to check TREB’s Condo Registry. This database of buildings, all of which have been added by Members, features information on a condominium’s:
Members are always encouraged to add new condos that are not currently listed on the registry to TREB for consideration of approval.
